Here at Traveling PC Tech, we're always ready to help satisfy all of your computer, network and IT needs. Much of the time, we'll be able to remote into your computer and fix whatever ails it. System Maintenance and Support
If your computer is running slow or crashes it may be that it has not been maintained properly. Using the proper tools, your machine can be setup to run at its optimum speed. We'll optimize it to run efficiently again and we'll teach you how to keep it running that way.
System Restoration
Your computer can be restored to its original factory configuration. There are many reasons your computer is not working properly. It may be that your old hard disk drive has failed and needs to be replaced. Maybe the drive has been adversely affected by a virus, worm or trojan, or you just need to clean it out and "start over". This procedure can be accomplished by properly using the software and device drivers that you may already own. While doing this can be very complex, we have the knowledge to get you back up and running quickly and efficiently. Your machine will run again, just like it ran the day you bought it.
Post Purchase Setup
Have your new computer and peripherals setup and tested. From box to desk we will setup, test and instruct you on how to use your new equipment and how to keep it maintained.
Hardware Upgrades
Need more hard disk space or memory? You don't need to remove your machine from its location. We will inspect your machine and tell you what kind of upgrade is possible and if it is cost effective. We'll source the necessary componants and get it upgraded for you right on site.

If you are having system crashes or other issues with your computer, it could be a hardware related. We have the tools and know-how to determine the cause of the problem and get it resolved without the guesswork. Once we diagnose the problem we'll do what's necessary to get you up and running with the least delay.

Have a network installed in your home or office. We can install and setup a wireless or wired configuration depending upon your needs.
Printer and File Sharing

Traveling PC Tech can diagnose and fix most software issues. Please be advised that software issues are usually not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts. Almost all computer manufacturers have a caveat emptor attitude for pre-install software, or software purchased for longer than 90 days.
